Seniors Overview
The Senior Adult Department of the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, JACOBS FAMILY CAMPUS, promotes Jewish cultural heritage and values by providing social, educational, and recreational programs. Through these programs we strengthen our connections to our community and keep alive our history and traditions. The Senior Adult Program encourages us to learn, grow and enrich our lives among others who share our values.

perspectives to the traditional rituals of Passover.

Parade
Saturday evening, April 21
(7:30 P.M. special guest speaker, 8:00 P.M. show at Cygnet Theatre)
Parade tells the true story of Jewish factory manager Leo Frank, accused and convicted of murder in 1913 in Atlanta, Georgia. Set against the backdrop of his controversial trial and conviction, Parade explores the deep love that grows between Leo and his wife Lucille as they work together to fight for his freedom.

Jewish Community Day at Petco Park

Meet bus at JCC at 10:30 A.M., Tailgate at 11:30 A.M., Game begins 1:05 P.M.
Join us for one of America’s favorite pastimes – a summer ball game, as we watch the Padres take on the Angels, complete with pre-game Jewish-themed entertainment, a kosher hot dog and soda from The Place in the Park at the pre-game tailgate party, a Jewish Community Day Padres cap, and field level seats near Park at the Park.

Broadway and More! Nancy Linder and Rush Robinson in Concert

After the Annual JCC Membership Appreciation BBQ, enjoy an afternoon of Broadway and Jewish music and more at this special concert with actress, musician and cantorial soloist Nancy Linder and her accompanist Rush Robinson.

Free counseling at the JCC once a month!
The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) provides individual and confidential counseling related to Medicare and long term care insurance. State certified HICAP counselors can help you with these services and more:
• Understand your Medicare benefits
• Review Medicare Advantage options (HMO, PPO, PFFS)
• Compare Part D drug plans
HICAP counseling on Medicare will be at the
JCC the 1st Tuesday of every month - one hour appointments
between 1:00–4:00 P.M. To make an appointment with a

Please stop by the Senior Department offices or the Fitness Front Desk to fill out an "Emergency Form." These will only be used just in case something should happen to you while participating in a JCC program or working out in our facility, and we need to know whom to contact on your behalf (closest relative, preferred hospital, doctors number, etc.). If you have filled one out in the past, please complete a new one so that we have the most current information available.
